confirm identity - Proof of business registration

I'm asking about my case; because Paypal asked me to confirm my identity, I have confirmed all the things just the "Proof of business registration" that I haven't confirmed cause at this time I don't have one! For that I would like to ask you is their any probleme if I didn't confirm this one(cause at this time I can confirme it)? second question is; What will happen if I closed my Business account and changed to personnel although I have money on my balance account and in Pending balance? With all my respect

If you have opened your business account as an individual or sole proprietorship , you don need to provide this document.

If you have opened the business account for anything else, this means you have registered your business in the Company's House.

From the start of the process, never stated this account was for a business always as a charity.

Therefore no such registration exists as a business, could provide the U.K Charity Commission details but that's not a option!
