PayPal system will not let me accept the partial return offered from my seller. I have worked through the resolution center, tried the process probably 15 times and comes up some.. oops something happened on our end let's try it again and it never works. Then the system will send a reminder that says I have until the first of June to reply. The real topper is I can't seem to get a real person anyplace on the site for help. This kind of customer services makes people look else where for their financial endeavors.
