why cant i use my PayPal now. I'm missing 1 docs and was about to submit it then I received a email that I cant no longer use may PayPal. how can i resolve this without waiting for 180 days? Thank you
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
