I purchased a book online. When I didn't receive a download link, I complained and they sent me a link to a personal Google drive! Is that leagal?

Hi @Powersolo
I read your issue so did you get the book? If you did and are happy I dont' see any issue as its just how they supplied it to you. If your not happy you can open a dispute in the resolution center and PayPal can investigate.
