I think Paypal are appalling when it comes to dealing with a bereavement. I am trying to close my late sisters account since February 2020.
I contacted Paypal through there messaging system on my own account as I was unable to discover how to close my sisters account. I was given the runaround on the chat messaging as each time I made a request I got a different person answering, yes a little slow. This was before covid-19, now my chat has been removed so there is not option.
I am stuck, can anyone help me to close my late sisters account or point me in the right direction. I have already emailed the death certificate and will to Paypal but they have not responded.
Any help or advice would be appreciated, I am in the UK.
