hello,
i sold an item on ebay and got money for it. i contacted the buyer asking if everything was ok and if he could leave feedback but got no response. 2 weeks later i contacted to see if he was enjoying the item and no response. and yesterday i received an email saying he wants a refund. i tried contacting but no reply either. i checked paypal and he apparently won a claim which i had no part in. i now owe him money which i don't have and it caused my account to be limited
