I purchased an apple watch or what I thought was going to be an apple watch, after waiting several weeks I received a box that contained apple airpods pro. My son took them to an Apple store to determine if they were authentic, the were not. They were knock offs that do not work. I tried contacting applewatchstore service and no reply. I filed a claim with pay pal and the merchant has offered $10 to settle. That's a pretty good profit seeing as how I paid $136 for the watch. Has anyone else had similar experience? I also filed a report with internet fraud.

I received a knockoff pair of airpods. My first claim with PayPal has been denied

I received the same knock off air pods. PayPal denied my claim as well due to an item was delivered. I had to go through my credit card company and send them a copy of my receipt, picture of purchased item, and picture of item received. My credit card company did file fraud charges with PayPal. The charge on my credit card was reversed.
