Paypal keep putting me into an online loop, refusing to allow me to appeal their wrong unfair decision on a claim i have made a month ago for item not received. They refer me back to resolution centre then say go to APPEAL at foot of page but nothing is there! thus can not appeal. Have printed out Paypal false page link & shown to others as proof. Anyone have a LINK for me to be able to appeal this crook.
