Account was "limited" pending "proof of address", but the page where those documents could be uploaded is frozen: its grayed out and there is a circle in the middle of page going in rounds and rounds endlessly, renewing page doesn't work. Customer Service on the phone couldn't fix it. Are there any way to resolve it? Can I submit documents by any other ways?
