For some strange reason this has happened to me too, I honestly do not understand why as I have done nothing wrong and they have now told me I can no longer have my account or open a new one, the most annoying part was that they could not tell me what had supposed to of caused this or a proper explanation if my account had been hacked or fraudulent activity that I did ( and still do not know ) have nothing to do with, I have never had a problem with my account and am still unaware what has gone wrong, surely they cannot just stop your account for no apparent reason you are unaware of can they ? Without PayPal how am I supposed to pay for things from eBay etc ?? I'm so angry they have done this when I have done nothing wrong !!!!
