account limitation

so my account got limited for 180 days, then I linked my visa card with my PayPal account and they lifted the burn. The issues started from there, I am un able to send funds since they are still limiting  my account. They tell me to provide my proof of address and every time I do that, they don't unlimit and still they don't accept the bank statement or my utility bills. They have never told me what the problem is even after many attempts of reaching out to them...Anybody who can help me on this. I am really desperate now please.....

wish I could help you but I am getting the same runaround. Have a Paypal credit account & was given a sizeable amount of credit & only used the credit option for a few small purchases. then for several days now I am unable to use Paypal credit. I get a message "Sorry paypal credit not available to you at this time" I have talked to paypal & messaged them many times. All they tell me is that my account is in good standing & I have no limitations. So sure I have credit on screen in my account only I am prevented from using it at all. Its not like I am going wild with purchases. So there we are. Just tried using Paypal credit on Ebay for a $10.00 item but sorry its not available to me... again. I am leaving another message with paypal & phoning them. If there is no resolution I am planning on removing it from the account. Why have it if you can't use it? Good Luck Lex
