Hi guys. I'm trying to close my account but I'm unable to because it has been limited. I have three requirements to remove the limitation - photo ID, proof of address and "questions for politically exposed people". I have provided all three requirements but it seems to be "hung" on the first 2. The page tells me I have completed them and has a little time clock icon beside each one. It has been this way for many months and will not change. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
