hello , im from algeria andi  have paypal account and i have added paysera visa card to my account and i gat verified account  and i used this card with paypal without any problem but now i get this ( Not Applicable) for visa card !!!! what is the problem !!! how to fix it  plz ..

2 - i want to now if i can receive money with my account and are there any limits for receive and send money ! if yes  how to get unlimited account !!!

If nothing in there applies then you need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
