Hi, I'm just a digital art commissioner, I sell my illustrations online and use Paypal as a transaction for the payment.
I don't know why my account was suddenly temporarily limited and it says that because of suspicious activity on a credit card linked to your PayPal. though I didn't even link any card on my Paypal account? is there a way to resolve this?
I just wanted to lift the limited account access.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
