ZESTAds Limited - just realized it is a fraud company

I needed a good mask so I see this Ad and ordered blindly without screening them. I thought Paypal will let me know unfortunately no.

 

Please help me how to get back my money from Paypal what I paid to ZestAds limited - This happened this morning .

I just sent the disputes to the email paypal provided which is not even 8 hours - I think this is the email to dispute for the transaction, if not

please let me know which one is the correct one. I think the transaction should be still pending...

 

Someone help me to get my cash back.

Saw a Facebook ad from Zest Ads Ltd. during COVID-19 for a drone. I figured it would be a fun way to pass the time. Ordered it without vetting the company. My fault! Ordered the Drone X Pro on May 5th for $99.95 + $5.95 for shipping. They claim they shipped it through a company called Hysan LLC GDE (also part of the scam!). Both have an F Rating with the BBB. It is now June 24th. Hysan LLC GDE has not responded in the slightest to my multiple attempts to contact them. Zest Ads Ltd only responded through PayPal when I opened the dispute and blames the shipping on COVID closures. How convenient! I have opened a dispute with Paypal and now have escalted that dispute, but PayPal just wants to refer me back to the Zest Ads Ltd response blaming shipping and has not (to my knowledge) taken any steps to provide a refund. I was not aware until now that PayPal is in the business of supporting FRAUDSTERS! Now I know. It's a $105.90 lesson. I will probably NEVER USE PAYPAL again! And I will certainly be more cautious about vetting companies before ordering anything! Zest Ads Ltd SUCKS! Hysan LLC GDE SUCKS! PayPal SUCKS!!!

I got my money back by contacting ZestAds Limited disputes resolutionsupports.com  direct and mailed them a video of the defective product.

I’m so glad I saw this because I thought I was going crazy. I bought two mesh nail extensions and not only did it take 3 months to get me, dispute denied for the cancellation of the order, but then multiple denials of disputes after I gave proof that the product was not as described. Didn’t work and was broken! Not only did the company themselves refuse to acknowledge these issues in their emails but they just keep going back and forth with me. I will never use PayPal again for purchases that I am unsure of. I thought for sure that using PayPal would be the best because if it came and wasn’t as described, that I could get a refund easily. NOPE!! PayPal has made this extremely hard. Not to mention that when I tried emailing PayPal some proof (pictures, videos, email logs with the company) they kept replying and saying that my email was wrong. When it wasn’t and was the same email that my PayPal account is linked to. PayPal has lost my business and not only will I continue to raise awareness of this ZestAds limited, but I’m going to tell everyone how horrible PayPal has gotten.

ZestAds Limited is the fraud. Paypal is the accomplice! They cunned together to steal $339.85 USD from me. I never placed an order from them. Paypal emailed me the product was "Buy 5 Free 2 - Travelator", What the hell it is I don't know. Both ZestAds and Paypal denied to refund. This is PAYPAL SSSS.

Truly is very fraudulent and sketchy. Zest Ads  a scam. I too ordered what seemed to be a legit product off facebook(🥴), turns out no tracking # , over 60 days then half of the order ( cheap Depo product quality). 96 days later second half of order arrived with China return address. Been dealing with pay-pal for about 120 days , saying it’s under review. What the heck, if I had paid with credit card this would have been refunded and resolved in 7 days or less. Not happy at all with Pay Pals handling of this.

paypal has become a nothing company in my recent experience.  it's not just this one company, but any dispute that I enter, they just deny it.  they used to protect the consumer but not any more.  I'm going to stop using them whenever I can.
