Re: case PP-I-9555309 There was no information provided by you, PayPal, to give any indication that this was part of a previously agreed upon payment plan. The transaction amount was not consistent with any of my agreement payments. Please include the transaction specific details in the future to help us both avoid future issues. Meanwhile please provide me with your detailed findings including the agreement made and with whom specifically it was with so that I can reinstate it if necessary. I apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your swift action. It might have been helpful if you had come back with the specifics prior to termination of the agreement.
