Hi was wondering if anyone has come across this issue I cant seem to get this limitation off my account

It says we'll get back to you in 2-3 business days but its been 2 weeks. Paypals not taking any calls so cant really talk to support about this.

I have been unable to access  my account  since April. I have funds that belong to a local charity in my account  and not being able to access  it is extremely  awkward for me. I have tried everything  to gain access  and have phoned and emailed pay pal with no success. 

I have now referred  my complaint  to the ombudsman. 

I am disgusted  with pay pal and will never use them again,

I also have this account restriction. I don't know why no one is responding to the email and the account is still limited. It's worse than under communism.
