At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our and we no longer offer you PayPal services.

Any bank or card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive payments. Funds in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about withdrawing your funds.

Has anyone able to restore their accounts? It's annoying that eBay is linked to PayPal so much, wish I could use eBay without PayPal!

Same message popped up for me after I update credit card info and verified my bank information. I tried to buy something for $20/-. Nothing else. Then suddenly, I get the message that I cannot use Paypal anymore. Totally confused.

The "resolution center" is no help. Taking me in circles. Tried messaging. Reply came back that service is not available.

Is anyone actually able to reach Paypal and talk to get resolution?

Would appreciate any help. Thanks
