iI have a unusual situation i would like to ask advice. i bought a good from internet shop and they where send with DHL expres delivery and i should sign it for but they left it outside my house and when i came home it was missing. DHL tracking show picture of parcel outside my house and claim that they did delivery. But there is no signature as i wasn't home. Now i lost money and i have no goods.
