Hey Team,

We are registered business in India and receiving payment through PayPal from more than 2 yrs. We have followed all user policy and never break a single law and also we haven't made changes in past months. then how can we get this message.

could you please let us know. what is wrong with my account without any prior notice or message. 

We are completely  shocked about this activities. We are registered form in India and we have followed all the instruction carefully of PayPal documentatins

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
