You approach the level of activity that we may need to limit your account activity

Hello,

I have had a PayPal account since 2011, this is the first time I have had problems with using PayPal.

For this reason a few questions:

1. I received an e-mail from PayPal on 10.2.2018.

"You have received EUR 1 800 or the total amount corresponding to your PayPal account.
You approach the level of activity that we may need to limit your account activity."

What is "the level of activity"? Where do I find this answer?
Is there also some kind of time period, to receive funds?

2. Premier: Recommended for Casual Sellers or Non-Businesses
who want to get paid online, and who also make online purchases.
This is just for me.

I buy mainly (using PayPal) on e-bay. Sometimes even from private individuals.
I selling some kind of collector's stuff (Rarely, from my collection) to the private individuals.

How do I update for the Premier? I do not have a Business.
I did not find the answer on your pages (How to do this).

I would like to receive answers, if it´s possible.

Thank you in advance.

Finland is a euro country,Paypal has to comply with rules that when a member has exceeded accepting a certain amount since inception has to provide proof of identity,do not recall the amount, could be $600.

you may want to upgrade to a business account since you are selling

Hi,

Thanks for the quick answers!

I found partial responses to the links you sent:

A. Why is my PayPal account limited?

"If your account is limited, we will send you an email with the reason for that limitation.

For your convenience, we always list the steps to remove the limitation in the Resolution Center

under Steps to Remove Limitation."

This part is clear and undersood, I'm trying to figure out the problem.

B. How do I remove the limitation from my account?

"To restore full access to your PayPal account:

Go to your Resolution Center.
Click Go to Account Limitations.
Click Resolve beside each step."

This part is clear and undersood, I'm trying to figure out the problem.

1. I looked at the previous calendar year, purchases around 3500 EUR and sales around 2000 EUR.

If this is a business, it is visible in bankruptcy Smiley LOL

- Does it help, if I upgrade it to Business account (I do not have any Business)?
If I had the whole calendar year, sales around 2000 EUR.
Does this make any sense ?

2. I received an e-mail from PayPal on 10.2.2018.

"You have received EUR 1 800 or the total amount corresponding to your PayPal account."

- What a Miracle is that 1800 EUR, I have not received the corresponding amount, I do not understand?

Or is it my entire calendar year sales?

3. Summary, I'm afraid to sell anything anymore by PayPal. Can I only wait when the calendar year has gone to the beginning of October 2019?

I would not dare take the risk that the funds will be frozen.

Thanks for trying to help me, I appreciate it Smiley Happy
