YIVETTE.COM or ELLUTA DESIGN

Hello anybody who has experience with ordering from YIVETTE.COM ?  The money was transferred to Elluta Design. I received no goods, and my tracking number does not exist. I have opened a dispute on paypal, but doubt if it will help. Thanks for your advice, Nicolaas

I JUST ORDERED A JACKET FROM ELLUTA DESIGNS, WHAT SHOULD I DO, IT HAS A TRANSACTION # AND AN iNVOICE#???

I DO NOT EVEN SEEN A WEB SITE FOR THEM..I AM SO SICK OF ORDERING CRAP, AND NOT KNOW ITS FROM CHINA...OR WHERE IT IS COMING FROM..

I AM  GOING TO INVESTIGATE THIS FURTHER...WHY DOES PAYPAL PAY THE MONEY BEFORE MERCHANDISE IS RECEIVED, THATS WHAT THEY DID ON A ROOMBA I BOUGHT?????

Everything that everyone is writing about regarding Elluta Design is Elluta CORRECT!  OMG, someone needs to stop these people!  It's so disgusting how they take advantage and prey on innoncent consumers.  That was my money, and they now have it without having any intention of delivering it.  Paypal needs to protect us and put them on the bann list.

I ordered from Elutta Design in Jan of 2020 and did not receive a single thing until after I filed a dispute with PayPal.  Then they shipped me $8 worth of merchandise out of the $134 they received from me, and I believe that was only sent so they would have a tracking number.  It wasn't until the dispute got further that they then sent another part of the order, which was almost 2 months after ordering and after they had received their money.  1 item I ordered was $49 out of the $134.  I never did receive that item.  PayPal has reopened a closed dispute (PayPal closed it because Elutta Design provided a tracking number that showed me receiving an order.  PayPal had no way of knowing it was only items totaling $8.)  PayPal has been difficult to reach but that's understandable given the COVID-19 chaos that is ongoing.  I am going to follow up with PayPal even after my dispute is settled and make sure PayPal understands these folks are committing FRAUD!!  They are SCAMMERS!!  I have used PayPal since shortly after they came into existence, and I have had problems 2 times, this time and when I ordered a phone case from TRNDSTTR LLC which is where I found Elutta Design.  Coincidence?  I'm not sure, but PayPal is so much better than Elutta Design!!  If we all complain in a short period of time, maybe PayPal will stop doing business with these FRAUDSTERS??  It sure can't hurt to try.  I hope the rest of you were happy with the outcomes of your resolutions.  Lesson learned about not knowing or investigating a seller before.

THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for this topic! 2 days ago I have also ordered clothes from LazYourDay < Removed> for USD 160. This was of course Elluta Design with email ending by "chicv.com"  in PayPal message. Of course I paid via PayPal as no other options were active. However I felt smth is wrong and have googled. Yesterday I wrote to PayPal trying to cancel the payment (I saw in online banking app that the transaction has not completed yet), I wrote to the bank and to LazYourDay as well.

As I didn't receive answers and the time was running I called my bank and they could recall the transaction and I received my money back. I was lucky as the period was so short (1.5 day to be exact) and the bank could withdraw the payment (there is a period during which it can be done but not sure all banks offer this option).

Thank you and my bank! I can only say - please let's check not known web pages and sellers especially when they are from China and the clothes/items are very nice, professionally photographed but cost not too much.

Thank you again and hope you will receive money back. I had cases when I received all my money back from China - just be VERY PERSISTENT AND STRONG and promise them you will not stop until you receive your money.
