Hello everyone, I would like to ask your view on the situation. I ordered a Chinese booster from one side for $ 45 I with shipping. Unfortunately, I received other goods (skipping rope). I wrote a few emails to the seller, but unsuccessfully, they always came back to me. Then I asked pay pal to help me with that. it turned out successfully, for the first time the seller wanted to return only $ 17, I did not agree and paypal wrote me that he is willing to return the $ 45 but only if I send him the skipping ropes, but from the Czech Republic the post office will take me to some 60 $. what would you do? Thank you all.

In the event of a dispute if that is what you are talking about then you choose your seller and not Paypal so you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you go ahead and buy from that seller / country.

Paypal state this >>
IMPORTANT: You may be required to return the item to the seller or other party we specify as part of the settlement of your claim. PayPal Buyer Protection does not entitle you to reimbursement for the return shipping costs that you may incur.

Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction.
https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/FAQ3544 (or the one for your country as that is the U.S link).

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.
