Hello everyone, I would like to ask your view on the situation. I ordered a Chinese booster from one side for $ 45 I with shipping. Unfortunately, I received other goods (skipping rope). I wrote a few emails to the seller, but unsuccessfully, they always came back to me. Then I asked pay pal to help me with that. it turned out successfully, for the first time the seller wanted to return only $ 17, I did not agree and paypal wrote me that he is willing to return the $ 45 but only if I send him the skipping ropes, but from the Czech Republic the post office will take me to some 60 $. what would you do?
