Wrong dispute closed by mistake

How do you get the case reopened. I saw it listed under today's date as date it was opened. When I filed it on another date. However, the system kept glitching and the wrong case was closed by PayPal stating it was my choice to close it. How do I get it reopened? I tried message center but for the past two weeks it's been saying that reps aren't available no matter what time you try to contact help.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I attempted to get them to correct the error and reopen the case and they won't. They won't fix the glitches that caused the problem in the first place.
