Received wrong item with no instructions how to return. I ordered a Hawaiian Quilt and Shams and got a cheap, smelly item. The company was Luxudora through rugket.com. It was shipped through Paypal from Dept CA <removed>. This is a total scam. What help is available for this type of fraud. The company is still advertising so other people will fall for this.
I have just got scammed by them even with photos of what they advertised and what they sent they refuse to pay the costs to send there rubbish back to them. Offered 50% refund to keep it not even worth that and told them so.
Contact your bank and get the money back. Stop using Pay Pal also. The fact that they continue to allow these low life thieves to continue to do business is an abomination.
