My account has been permanently limited for more that 180 day (more than a year) but I am yet not allowed to withdraw my balance to my bank account. I have sent dozens of messages to PayPal and have tried to contact them but no response. Customer services on phone are not available and the messages are all at auto-reply with no real help for customers. Does anyone have any idea how to get in touch with PayPal customer services.
I have not been able to get in touch with anyone or withdraw my refund sent to me. After 6 months, Paypal made a "General Account Correction" and deducted my entire balance and now I have $0.
