Will not refund

I didn't get my package so I opened a dispute and was told the package was delivered so they will not refund my money.

I talked to the post office and got a email from them telling me this package is NOT your package it was delivered here in (My Town), but the address is to a completely different address and person. I have told and read Paypal this Info but they keep telling me it was delivered. How do I talk to someone that can help me with this?

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.

 

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
