Why my account may be limited??

I have no idea what caused my account to be put into limbo, the only thing that really changed was I stopped my membership with humble bundle and I  started streaming on Twitch. I received no notifications on what I could've done that breached the TOS for Paypal all they gave me was some general information on something that doesn't specify what I did and how I can get my account out of this Garbage Situation.

If you have any tips or experience dealing with this type of unclear garbage system, and how I can regain access to all of PayPal's "Facilities" please reply to this post.

Same here....how do we even contact paypal ?

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
