For 20 hours now I am getting the error message "We're currently experiencing technical difficulties, which are causing interruptions of certain services for our users. Our technicians are working to get our systems back up and running as quickly as possible and we apologise for the inconvenience." How long until your systems are back to working?
And why is it so difficult to contact customer services?
