My Paypal account has been arbitrarily restricted. They tell me to go to the Resolution Centre which has my verification details PREFILLED and then will not let me confirm the information. I have made two phone calls. They have all been sympathetic and promised a solution and NOTHING has happened. I have messaged them on their Message Centre on at least FIVE occasions and after explanations including that I cannot access the Resolution Centre, they always refer me back to the Resolution Centre... My reputation is on the line, I cannot make transactions including refunds which are overdue. Anyone else with a similar problem that can give me some advice. Regards, Russell
