Why does my account show OnHold?

I am completely baffled why this account is on hold, there are no transactions pending or any other reason for a hold that I can find.  

Anyone have an idea?  I have sent support a message already, but would like to see if I can find a more immediate answer.

Money goes on hold, accounts are limited so which is it?
