Why cannot I request a refund?

So i bought a Fortnite account on Thursday 8th of March and I requested a refund on a payment and then closed the case because I realised that I didn't wait the 48 hours that the seller said to and now after waiting more than the 48 hour period and havent received the details and would like to request a refund but every time I try to I get an error screen. Please help me I was scammed for my money and cannot refund it.

Your screenshot won't show up for a few days until approved by the moderators.

However you are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction, if you closed it then you can't open another one.

You have up to 180 days to open a dispute so opening one within a day of purchasing the item is a bit impatient.
