I opened a dispute on 17th July for an item I ordered that has been lost by UPS, and hence haven’t received. I escalated it on 6th August after the seller told me he would only pay back what he receives from his claim against UPS, so if he gets nothing I get nothing. PayPal keep pushing the estimated resolution date further away, currently 13th September, which would be nearly 6 weeks. I’d mainly just like to know how much longer I might have to wait, but any other info is most welcome. The items I ordered that UPS lost are for music production, have a value of £1500 and were hand made in Poland. Thanks

Paypal it appears are inundated with claims mainly from buyers that bought tat from these China websites or Social Media ads !
So all claims are being pushed back unfortunately.
As long as yours has been escalated from a dispute to a claim, and is still being reviewed then you have the chance of a refund.
Sadly you will have to wait it out in the long queue though.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
