I bought a transistor from a seller where it was mentioned it was not working When I received it, it was completely vandalized with missing parts and cut wires I opened a dispute, the seller escalated to claim and in 2 hours paypal denied my refund saying it is not significantly different than the description!!! The way it is right now it is impossible to repair! Paypal should be more careful on closing claims without even reading what it is mentioned
