I got a message from Paypal stating that my case with ID: 00859866R2220864U was denied.
I don't get it.
I said the product I received doesn't work, and that they should cancel my account and the seller refused.
Does it mean that people can deliver products that doesn't work and get away with it?
Before you deny my case, you should buy the product at www.pilotposter.com and see if it works.
Where's the protection paypal claims they have for their users?
Please do the right thing, I want my refund, the software isn't working as claimed on their website.
This is fraudulent.
Can somebody help me out?
