On April 16.2020 I filed a dispute with Pay Pal about this company after numerous times trying to deal with them. The seller used a shipper called FEIA shipping and their tracking showed it turned over to USPS and delivered. I never received the merchandise and the Post Office told me that they had never received it either and had no document to provide me to show Pay Pal. This dispute went on until 09/01/2020. I was told by Pay Pay since I received the package that they cannot do anything so my question is what good premium Pay Pal account for buyer protection when they just side with the seller?
