Dear All

I opened Paypal account in 2008 and made the first transaction ( money receive  3000$ )  02 weeks [Removed. Phone #s not permitted]p;

Paypal put 2 limitations  on  my account    and  i provided all necessary information  .  Copy passport  ,  Resident permit  , Photo  , Prool of fullfillment   .  

Today  28-09-2020 i just receive message from Paypap  : We're initiating closure of your PayPal account (Ref ID - PP-L-246158036136)

I tried to contact customer caer <removed>  without response  .  

Please does someone can help here  .  

I really need to access money to pay my school fee  .
