Dear Paypal,

 

Recently I got an email: We're initiating closure of your PayPal account. After a thorough review of your account, we're initiating the closure of your PayPal account in order to protect us from potential financial losses. What losses? You'll no longer be able to use PayPal account. I don't get why, I had 0 refunds, 0 complaints or anything, I just want to withdraw my money atleast if you closing my account, in the middle of pandemic you're trying to close my account for no reason and not giving money back! I also see it says: We'll release the entire remaining balance to you for withdrawal. If you chose not to withdraw funds at that point we reserve the right to re-coup any funds at the next review; So can you please atleast do this? It's very unprofessional, I have above 800$ inside my account! Hope you understand...

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

If I could open help sections or anything to write a message inside, I will do - I can't. There is no options to writea message or something, it's says I can't use my account anymore when I am trying to do that.
