Just received and email today: We are denying your case(s) This decision was made because we did not receive valid proof or tracking that you returned the item.

 

Even though ALL was submitted, including a screen shot of Tracking number confirmed delivered. And right before the email, the seller (Aliexpress) msgs me offering me a further partial refund AFTER confirming they had received the item back. No appeal option. Clicking Contact us brings up the smart msg system saying to ask a different question. I went to create another "report a problem" that went through and auto denied saying I was ineligible for buyer protection.

 

I can't comprehend how such a decision was made by Alipay I believe. Or maybe that's the problem all along?
