Please I need your help in solving the issue of PayPal limiting my account. I can't seem to get money out of my PayPal account simply because I have limited access on PayPal. There is no sense in PayPal holding to my money. How do I fix this issue. For some countries PayPal refuse to allow money to be received. So I opened a PayPal account in the US so I can make receive money in the simplest way possible. Now my account is limited and I have emergency to take care of. Has anyone ever fixed this sort of issue.
