I NOW HAVE LOST FAITH IN PAYPAL'S CUSTOMER SUPPORT IT HAS GONE FROM EXCELLENT WHEN HUMANS MANNED THE PHONE, TO MORE THAN AWFUL.
The reason I believe is they have used Covid to hide behind. Saving money by getting rid of support agents on the phone to a useless online service that does not cover or remedy 99% of problems with bogus sellers who send goods out that are nothing like they advertise.
I have been writing to Paypal for months because they refused a claim saying mistakenly that I had not given the tracking number.I have sent them the email where they confirm and thank me for giving the tracking number but they are ignoring me. My next step is the bank and then legal advise I am not letting this rest. I wrote to the seller who agreed to refund me if I sent the goods back and the answer was NO REFUND. paypal@ links to members, content
