Verification document upload failed

So today my account suddenly got limited after receiving few payments. so i want to resolve it right way.

I already have all the documents needed from my ID and my bank statement and just need to upload it

But the problem is the upload always failed for some reason

i already tried to convert to other format like jpg, png, and pdf for the ID and its still failed

also tried to chenge the size from 4mb to 3mb to 700kb even to 200kb and still same problem

it goes the same for the bank statement too

anyway to fix this?
