Back in March I had received an email that said I had done something that is against the user agreement. It said I would get an email in 180 days that would tell me how to get my money back. However it has been more than 180 days and no email happened. When I try to get the message it tells me a the phones are not available even when it is the times it says agents are available. How do I get money in and out of my account?
