I accidentally signed up with paypal using an American location and i am in turks and caicos. Now i cant accept money because i dont have a ssn. How can i get the money out of the account because it cannot stay there.

Sadly you can't, that account is basically useless to you.

The only way to get the funds is to ask the 'senders' of the payment to start a dispute for non receipt of item which you do not contest and then when they are refunded they can pay to an account you open in your own country.

Also you need to read this policy as you are in 1 of the affected countries.
