Upload dispute data

I am in the middle of a dispute with a seller.  I returned the item, and PP asks for the USPS tracking number to be sure it was delivered.

When trying to upload the information, I get a message that 'something is wrong on our side, try again'.

I have tried several times over several hours, cannot up load data, get same warning.

There is NO help email line at PP with a general question or to answer a question not on the list. I cannot get help or a resolution.

Chat is no help if you do not have a question on their list.

There is a limit on the time I have to upload tracking info before my case is dropped.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
