Upload a photo ID the verification take a lot of time there is any thing wrong ?

i uploaded my id card to take the limitation i think i get it because of the crappy system that HP store has i hope you can give me a solution  i did email PayPal but there is no response only bots talk no real informations

In general, for a limitation to be reviewed, you will need to complete all the steps that you see in your Resolution Centre. Have you been requested to provide anything else besides your photo ID? If you have provided all the requested information but the limitation has not been removed yet, it may be that what you provided could not be accepted, that we need further information or that the limitation is still being reviewed. It usually takes at least 72 hours for a case to be reviewed. If we requested more information from you, you would have received an email to the primary email address of your PayPal account.
