Updating Info on an Open Claim

I have an open claim on a case for which I received no shipping information for nearly two months. Finally my order was shipped but it was wrong. I've contacted the seller directly but they have not responded. As far as PayPal can tell the order was shipped but I have zero idea how to update my claim to let them know that I don't want it to be marked resolved because I received the wrong item. I want my money back or my correct order sent and I don't know how to make this happen.
