#Unknown charges

I receive notification that a charge was declined, honycs.com, don’t know them n never authorized any charges, when I google it opens to charge dispute page n can’t find any other information.

I'm not sure what or who this HONYCS.COM is but I got a notification saying that i sent $38.59. What or who do i contact for this?? Because its unauthorised charge for a purchase i am not aware of.
