Hello, I am in a dispute with a company where I didn’t receive my goods even though they say they have sent it and it was actually delivered to me. I was in all day when they say the parcel was delivered,l have tried tracking it but it’s in Chinese although they say it’s Royal Mail.

l have continually been in touch by email and still receiving replies to say ...Sorry for the delay it will be with me shortly.
